Just for you - TSOT658

Hi and welcome to another sketch challenge over at Try a Sketch on Tuesday.

I used a Penny Black embossing folder to emboss the circle.  The greenery around it comes from several different companies. Lawn Fawn, memory box, Echo Park, etc.

The cream cardstock is from Papertrey Ink.  The rectangle dot die is from My Favorite Things, and gets a good workout from me. This one and the stitched die are pretty much a staple in all my cardmaking.  Do you have any that get a good workout too?

Also adding this into the Double Trouble challenge below.

Start each day

I used the leaf 3D embossing folder from Tim Holtz and then added some paper piercing. I had an extra leaf left over from the first card I made and used it here.  Add the sentiment from TH Stampers Anonymous and a few gold pearls.  The brown gingham ribbon was found in my ribbon stash. I love how it works here.

Thanks for stopping by.

Hello

Hi everyone. I'm participating in the sketch challenge over at Freshly Made Sketches and also adding this to the leaves challenge over at Just Us Girls.

The tag die is from Gummiapan. I made a background using distress inks and heavy-weight mixed media paper to create some fall leaf die cuts.  The dies are from Lawn Fawn.  The designer paper is from Moda Scrap. I ended up spritzing the leaves with some distress spritz and you can see it on the photo below, as it doesn't always photograph well.

Thinking of you - TSOT 654

Hello and welcome to another sketch challenge at Try a Sketch on Tuesdays.  Here is the card I made and the sketch for you to use.

The sentiment is from The Ton. I used a few dies from different companies to create the fall cluster. Impression Obsession, Lawn Fawn, Memory Box to name a few. The oval comes from Avery Elle's cover plate quilted die.

I used some distress inks to highlight the leaves and the scalloped border is cut from some burlap that I had in my stash.

Sketch

Wreath cards

Hello. Made a few Holiday cards using this lovely die from Lawn Fawn.

The sentiment is from Hero Arts and heat embossed in gold. I used light and dark green cardstock and switched up the orders to get two for one, if you will. I also added a bit of sparkle on the berries with a bit of a wink of Stella.

Entering these into the following challenges.

We wish you a Merry Christmas

Hi everyone. I'm back with a final project using the soon-to-be-released Season's Tweetings stamp set over at Gerda Steiner Designs. This is done using the box die from Lawn Fawn.

All of the birds, presents and trees are colored with Copic markers, fussy cut out, and then glued onto the slats within the collapsable box. I thought the present designer paper worked well with this set to decorate the outside of the box.

This set is so cute and has so many options!

Thanks and have a creative day!

Just a note

Hello! Playing in the Sunday Stamps weekly challenge today. The photo inspiration board is below.

The leaf dies are from Lawn Fawn. I colored them using perfect pearls. I gotta tell you those jars were a bit dusty, so it was a good thing to dig them out, clean them up, and put them to use. The sentiment is from The Ton and the crosshatch die is from MFT stamps.

Thanks for stopping by.

Thinking of you

Hello. This sketch over at The Paper Players caught my eye today and decided to give it a go.

I did a bit of ink smooching with distress inks in fall colors onto watercolor paper. Cut these leaves out using dies from Lawn Fawn. I did outline the outer edges with a small blending brush and ground espresso distress ink. The olive green panel is embossed with the leaf pin dot cover die from Honey Bee.  Sentiment is from The Stamp Market. Lastly, the designer paper is from PTI.

Have a great day and thanks for stopping by.
