Hi everyone. It's time for another challenge over at The House That Stamps Built. This week our challenge is the use the following graphic.

I used the mum stamp randomly with violet ink from Rubbernecker that matched my cardstock to create this thanks card. I made the frame by using two different rectangle dies, then popping both the frame and the panel up using foam tape.

Happy Birthday

Hello. This is going out to my husband for his 60th Birthday today. I'm also adding this in the Addicted to CAS challenge of birthday.

Balloon stamp is from My Favorite Things. I stamped this is versafine ink, heat embossed it with clear in order to color them with Copic's. I used a white gel pen to draw on a highlight each of them. The sentiment is a long die, and I cannot remember who it makes it.

You are sweet

Hello. Here's another entry into the Spring/Summer coffee lovers hop.

Stamps and dies are from My Favorite Things called stay cool.  Background is done using a stencil and the gelli plate - it's actually the reverse stencil print.  Blue strip is done using Wendy Vecchi sky blue Make Art ink and a blender brush. Didn't know her blendable ink also reacts with water. Learn something new every day!

Thanks for dropping by.

OCD

Hello - here is another card for the coffee lovers spring/summer blog hop.

Coffee cup die is colored with Copics. The little flowers were in a package that came with my Gemini die cutting machine. Used dots from Gina Marie Designs for the centers. Striped cardstock is from Sugar Pea and the sentiment is computer generated.

Have a great day!

#caffeineplease

Hello. Playing in the 2021 Spring/Summer coffee lovers blog hop with this card.

I've had this digi stamp image from Graciellie designs colored up in my stash for a while now and put it to use for this card. Sentiment is from planner stamps by SRM, which I've used numerous times because it's so true!

Copic markers used to color this gorgeous mug and flower combo.

Yellow flowers

Hello. It's time for a new Try Stamping on Tuesday sketch challenge.

Flower stamps are from Concord and 9th. I used Hero arts inks to stamp them. Satin bow is tied with the bow easy. I haven't used the scalloped border die in forever, so it was nice to dust it off and use it on this.

Thanks for stopping in.

Season's Greetings

Hello - last minute addition to the Freshly Made Sketch #476 today.  Went with a Christmas card to be different.

Kept this very clean and simple. I used the stripes from the Happy Plaid stamp set from Concord & 9th - heat embossed them with silver embossing powder.  Sentiment is from Hero Arts and also heat embossed with silver. The snowflake is cut out of holographic cardstock. It was really interesting to see the different colors it picked up while taking photos for this.

Gatefold card

Hi everyone. It's time for another challenge over at The House That Stamps Built. This week our challenge is to do a fun fold. I did a gatefold card.

Used the morning glory stamp and colored it with Copic's. Cut it out using a label die from Papertrey, Ink. Added the same label combo to the inside and stamped the sentiment on it. I really like how it came out. The gingham paper has been in my stash for 20 years and put to good use on this.

grunge metal birthday

Hello. Played around with distress glaze and crayons after TH's live today. Here is what I ended up with.

I used Sizzix foil adhesive sheet and ran it through the 3D texture fade foundry embossing folder. Next I covered it with collage medium, sprinkled on distress glaze in cracked pistachio, antique linen and broken china. Heat embossed it very carefully (it got really hot) and then ran black soot distress crayon all over it. Did the smudge with the brush, came back with my fingers and baby wipe, to build it up and take it off.....LOL. I love how it came out. I also really like how there are bare spots where the embossing powder did stick to.

Birthday sentiment is from Poppy stamps and I heat embossed it in silver onto the metallic teal cardstock from TH.

I had a lot of fun playing around with this. I also did a strip of sheet metal tape doing the same technique and it equally came out cool looking. Just be very careful when heat embossing!

Thanks for stopping by.

Purple crocus

Hello. Playing in The Flower challenge #54 today. It's all about shades of purple.

Stamps are from Pretty Pink Posh. I stamped them in versamark and heat embossed in Ranger detail white embossing powder. Colored them with Rubbernecker fuse inks using a make up applicator. Fussy cut them out and arranged them behind the halfsies diamond die from The Greetery.  Sentiment is from Stampendous. Purple pearls are from Gina Marie Designs.

Have a great weekend.
