Hi and welcome back to another sketch challenge over at Sunday Stamps.  Use up your scraps! 

I used up some scraps that I had from the daisy dsp paper pack from Moda Scrap.  The daisy die is from The Stamp Market, and the "thanks" die is from Altenew.  Yep, that is vellum that the daisy is attached to.  I wanted to make the DSP visible so that it all ties together. 

The sketch is intended to be a scrap buster, so hope to see your cards over at Sunday Stamps!

HI, and welcome back to another sketch challenge over at Try a Sketch on Tuesdays.  

The bee and sentiment are from Jillian Vance Designs.  I used Versafine ink to stamp the bee, and it came out really sharp. Love it!  I added a bit of sparkle onto the wings using a wink of stella pen. The hexagon dies are from Echo Park, and I used some designer paper from Moda Scrap to cut them out.  I did ink the edges on some of them so that they stood out.

Always bee kind - TSOT#676

Hello.  It's time for another sketch challenge over at Try a Sketch on Tuesday.  Here we go!

The Bee is from Elizabeth Craft Designs. I stamped it in Versafine, heat embossed it, colored it with Copics and then fussy cut it out.  The sentiment is from Woodware, and that wonderful designer paper is from Moda Scrap.

Hello, and welcome to another sketch challenge over at Try a Sketch on Tuesday.  So many possibilities to use up some designer paper on this one.

The designer paper is from Moda Scrap that I've been hoarding for a while. ;-) The flower bud is from Altenew, with a few Marth Stewart leaf punches behind it.  The sentiment is from the Stamp Market. The rectangle dot stitch dies are from Jillian Vance Designs.

Happy Bee-Day

Hello. I'm playing in the sketch challenge over at The Paper Players today.

I recently picked up a new set of clear stamps at Michaels (their Recollections line) that mostly featured bugs. I was drawn to the bee and dragonfly in the set. Anywho, here is the bee stamped and embossed so that I could color it with Copics. I fussy-cut it out and popped it up on top of the honeycomb with foam tape.  

The designer paper is from Moda Scrap, and the sentiment is from Woodware.

Hi everyone. I'm participating in the sketch challenge over at Freshly Made Sketches and also adding this to the leaves challenge over at Just Us Girls.

The tag die is from Gummiapan. I made a background using distress inks and heavy-weight mixed media paper to create some fall leaf die cuts.  The dies are from Lawn Fawn.  The designer paper is from Moda Scrap. I ended up spritzing the leaves with some distress spritz and you can see it on the photo below, as it doesn't always photograph well.

The daisy die is from Simon Says Stamp.  I used a few sheets of designer paper from Moda scrap to go along with the sketch below. Instead of circles, I went with Bee's from Picket Fense. The anniversary sentiment is from My Favorite Things.

The birds and the bee's challenge

Hi everyone. It's time for another challenge over at The House That Stamps Built. This week our challenge is The birds and the bee's.

I just got this gorgeous designer paper from Moda Scrap called "save the bee's collection" and put a piece to work for this challenge.  Copic marker used to color the bee along with a bit of wink of stella glitter on his wings.

Hello and Welcome to another Fusion Card Challenge, where you can use the sketch or the photo or both. Here is what I did with it.

I went with the sketch this time around. Daisy is from Hero Arts and the thanks die is from Technique Tuesday. Designer paper is Spring Flowers from Moda Scrap and the embossing folder is from Provo Craft. Card base and all layering cardstock is navy.
