Just a note TFC#103

Hello everyone! We have a new challenge over at The Flower Challenge. We want to see embossing, either heat or dry.

I used an embossing folder from Spellbinders that I've had for a bit but haven't used.

The flower stamp is from Just for Fun. I used Tombow markers to color directly on the stamp and reactivated the ink by huffing on it.  The sentiment is from The Ton.

A little Note - TSOT646

Hello and welcome to another sketch challenge at Try a Sketch on Tuesdays.  Here is the card I made and the sketch for you to use.

The flowers are from a very old set from Close to My Heart. I used Tombow markers to color them. The sentiment is from a dollar stamp from Studio G. Lastly, the embossing folder used for the corners is from Spellbinders.

Thank you

Hi all. Moving on from Holiday cards......Here's one I created with the Sketch over at Sunday Stamps today.

The embossing folder is from Spellbinders. I used the CZ Thank you dies from Simon Says Stamps and cut them out of black cardstock and doubled it up for dimension.  Used a bit of black and white gingham ribbon on the right-hand side as called out in the sketch.

I love how crisp and CAS this turned out.

Hello

Hello and Welcome to another Fusion Card Challenge, where you can use the sketch or the photo or both. Here is what I did with it.

I went with the sketch on this Fusion challenge. I stamped a few background stamps randomly in versafine and heat embossed them in white. The plaid is from The Ton and the script is from Darkroom Door. To create the color wash, I used tumbled glass, speckled egg and antique linen and did a bit of smooching and layering until I was happy with the results.  The plaid embossing folder from Spellbinders was used on the tag. The hello die is three layers thick so that it stands out a bit.

Please check out the Design Team’s creations for this challenge, once again, they have knocked it out of the park.

Designers Choice - pink or red

It’s time for another challenge over at The House That Stamps Built. This week it's Heather's choice and she wants us to use Pink or Red. Here is what I did with it.

I cut the heart out of white canvas and then colored it with a R83 Copic refill. I just squirted some onto a craft mat and let it soak in and then dry. Spellbinders embossing folder used on the heart cut out (pink and main) and on the white panel behind. I lined them up, and then used a bit of foam tape behind the heart to give it dimension. Stamped the sentiment and layered it with pink cardstock. Added some tiny pink pearls to the end and the heart for interest.

There's a new challenge every week over at  The House That Stamps Built, and you don't have to use Repeat Impressions stamps to link up or win. Also, for my blog readers: Enjoy the 10% discount code to the Repeat Impressions Store posted on the sidebar.

One lucky person will win a $25 Repeat Impressions Gift Certificate on the first Wednesday of every month – Good luck!

Also, check out our Rock Star blogs to see what they did with the challenge.
