We are starting to cool down a bit after our record breaking temperature of 103 on Wednesday in Seattle. 95% of the homes out here do not have air conditioning - so you can image our misery!

There are four titles in this mini clear stamp set, along with the lines. The one I didn't take a picture of is "the details". Using a 12 x 12 piece of card stock, I cut 16 3 x 3 mini square pages and Bound them together using the Bind it all. I did not add ribbons to the wires like you normally would see on these projects, because I'm going to put this in my purse. I just thought that the ribbons would end up getting ripped, frayed, dirty, etc. and it made more sense to leave it naked (or clean and simple).
Have a great day and thanks for stopping by!
The designer paper is from the Rustic Chic line. I cut four 4 x 4 pieces of paper and adhered them onto the coasters with a glue stick. I always use a brayer to roll over the paper to make sure it's good and stuck. Palette burnt umber was used around the edges of the coasters, after the paper was sanded off.
I used my crop-o-dile to punch holes for the ribbon ties. The tags were colored very lightly using Versamagic chalk ink in Sea Breeze, then the edges are distressed in burnt umber. On the oval tag I used two eyelets in antique copper to add some interest.
The flowers and buttons are from Making Memories (also sold by TAC) Noteworthy, in Hilary and Audrey colors. My DH really liked this frame, except for the flowers.....LOL! Must be a girl thing!
Hope your having a great weekend!
