Another 2fer on leaves

Hello. At heart, I really love leaves during any season. They can be left alone or paired with a flower and bottom line, they just work.  So, with that in mind, I decided to play again in the Twofer leaves challenge.

Leaf stamps and the thank you sentiment are from Concord & 9th. I used different colored inks from Rubbernecker's Fuse ink line to stamp them in.  Get well sentiment on the first card is from Frantic stamper.

Ribbon from PTI and dug out some big eyelets from We R memory keepers and used them on the get well card along with some twine. Burlap is from DCWV, green gingham paper is from A Muse Studio.

Thanks for stopping by - have a wonderful day!

You are truly amazing

Hey there - Playing in the Fall/Winter coffee lovers blog hop today.

Plaid paper is from The Paper Studio that I purchased over the Christmas holidays last year.  Mugs are a die. Colored the coffee part of the mug with Copic's and inserted red glitter paper behind the heart cut out. Sentiment is from Frantic stamper, Inc.

More coffee related cards coming soon.....

Get well soon

Hello - Playing in the CAS Colours & Sketch challenge #389 today.

I was going for a clean and simple masculine get well soon card, as you all know, guys don't like a lot of stuff on their cards. LOL. I used some burlap designer paper from DCWV and a fishtail banner to cut the strips. Sentiment is from the Frantic Stamper. I stamped it in cocoa ink from Hero Arts. Rustic white cardstock from Papertrey, Ink is used as the base of the card and the top layer.  A stitched frame from MFT as used on it for added interest.

Thanks for stopping in.

Fusion Card Challenge - congratulations

Hello and Welcome to another Fusion Card Challenge, where you can use the sketch or the photo or both. Here is what I did with it.

I chose to follow the sketch and the colors in the photo. I used distress oxide inks and watercolor paper to create a background. Stamped the congratulations (stamps from Frantic Stamper) and heat embossed it, so that it would stand out on the water color paper.

Please check out the Design Team’s creations for this challenge.

Red, white and blue birthday balloons

Hello and Happy Independence Day to all of us in the US.  Playing in two challenges today.  The theme over at The Paper Players in Celebration and Simon Says Stamp Wednesday challenge is Red, White and Blue.

Balloon stencil is from Neat and Tangled. I used Hero Arts ink to sponge in the colors using a finger dauber. The strips and star stamps are from PTI, and I heat embossed with white embossing powder. Outlined the balloons using a Copic multi-liner pen for them to stand out a bit more. Birthday sentiment is from Frantic Stamper.

Happy 4th!
