Hello and Welcome to another Fusion Card Challenge, where you can use the sketch or the photo or both. Here is what I did with it.
I Stamped different colors of paint splashes using a stamp from Concord & 9th with differnt colors of dye inks. The sentiment is from MFT and paired well with the sketch.

Your splashes of color are perfect against the black! Pretty card!
Great idea to use a black card base - those colours really pop Laurie.
