It was a bit difficult to capture a photo with the beautiful mirror silver cardstock on this. It reflects terribly. ;-)
Die is from Sizzix. I cut it out three times and stack them for more dimension. The sentiment is from Papertrey, Ink. I just cut strips of silver carstock to tape onto the card base based upon the sketch. Fun foam is used behind that panel to give this more depth. Otherwise, it's a very CAS card.
