The tag is cut using the Quickutz die template with white cardstock and layered in black. The die includes different cut options for covering the hole. I chose to cut it out of red cardstock and tied on a white and red polka dot satin ribbon.The red heart is grunge board from one of the Tim Holtz collections that I colored red with my Copic markers. I stamped some white (Palette fresh snow) distressed dots from Savvy Stamps and attached it to the tag.
The sentiment is from Victorine Originals and stamped in Palette Noir then cut out using the long rectangle die from Spellbinders. The scalloped die was used on the black cardstock to layer it.
Designer paper is from my "I have no clue who made it" stash.
