The red heart is grunge board from one of the Tim Holtz collections that I colored red with my Copic markers. I stamped some white (Palette fresh snow) distressed dots from Savvy Stamps and attached it to the tag.
The sentiment is from Victorine Originals and stamped in Palette Noir then cut out using the long rectangle die from Spellbinders. The scalloped die was used on the black cardstock to layer it.
Designer paper is from my "I have no clue who made it" stash.

Darling Valentine. So pleasing to the eye.
Love all the polka dots - especially the ribbon. Love the hole treatment on the tag.
Glad some 'who knows the manufacture' dp found its way on the blog. It adds a bubbly effect to your cheery tag card. Thanks for sharing your creativity.
Keep Looking UP!
