Simple things - SSC347

Hello and welcome to another challenge over at Sunday Stamps.  Here is what I made using the inspiration color prompt photo.

I decided to create a specimen tag using some dried lavender for this color prompt challenge.  The purples called out to me for some reason.

I randomly stamped the lavender on the purple card base using an older stamp from Technique Tuesdays greenhouse society line.  I used some of that fantastic cello tape from Tim Holtz to hold down the lavender. I then stamped some script onto the white tag using shaded lilac oxide ink. Added some rub-ons and fibers that matched the cardstock and called it good.

No stamping card

Hello everyone. It’s time for a new sketch challenge over at Try Stamping On Tuesdays.

So, this card uses a few rub on's from 49th and Market. I added them onto a piece of fabric (muslin) and shredded a few of the edges to give it a raw edge.  I cut out a few leaves out of white cardstock, colored them with Copic's and used that for the scalloped edge.

Here is the sketch for you to use as inspiration, and please Link up here> Try Stamping On Tuesdays.
