Digi caterpillar

Hey everyone! I've had this digi Caterpillar colored for a while now just waiting to be made into a card. I decided to play around with my new leaves spellbinders dies and other assorted dies and punches and this card just happen to materialize from it.

The digi is from DDH (which you can get to from the link on my side bar) and the sentiment is from The Angel Company. The caterpillar is colored with Copic markers.

I used a lot of different green's from Bazzill to create the mass of leaves. Button is from American Crafts. I added a few leaf branch punches from a MS punch.

Not bad for just messing around, Huh?

Fairy

Hey everyone! I completed this card a while ago, but I'm not feeling it and was very reluctant to post.

Fairy is a digi stamp from The Digi Design House and is colored with Copic's, stardust pen and some stickles.

Designer paper is from Hot Off The Press and layered with black cardstock. I think I even colored the satin ribbon with Copic's. It's been that long since I completed this that I can't remember! LOL. Paper pierced the corners for some interested because I think the card is pretty blah, even though the designer paper has a bit of texture to it.

What do you think is needed here? New sketch/layout? More bling? Like I said, I'm not feeling it! Thanks for stopping in!

You're the best

Hey everyone! Here's a card I put together using digi images from Digi Design House. Link on sidebar.
Printed on Neenah Solar White classic and colored with Copic markers. Bazzill lime green cardstock used to layer the main image and as the back panel. Decided to use some black cardstock to frame up the image and make it pop. Love how it looks, but what do you think?

The sentiment is from The Angel Company set called Just Bee-Cuz.

Short post today - need to clean up the mess I made in the studio! Today was productive though, ended up completing four cards!

Waterlilly

Hello everyone!

This image is from Digi Design House and can be found here. I fell in love with this image when I acquired an old TAC catty from 2004 and was really excited when I found it at the DDH.

I printed the image out on Neenah classic solar white and colored with Copic's. The water and sky are done with chalks to achieve a softer look and to let the lilly sand out. A stardust pen is used to color the dragonfly's wings.

Designer paper is from TAC called Lilly Anna. DDH is having a Dream Team Call, so here's your chance to enter! Check the link above to get more information.

Have a creative weekend!
