Classic

It’s time for another challenge over at The House That Stamps Built. This week we were challenged to use the following photo as inspiration.

I chose to go with the color palette this time around. Made for a great masculine card.

Sentiment is heat embossed in Silver. Chevy is stamped in Versafine black ink. I used a 3D embossing folder on the silver cardstock to get masculine weave. Finished it off with some silver self adhesive dots.

9118-K, Chevy
9110-G, Classic

So, what are you waiting for?!

Why not play along with us and start stamping up a card now. We can’t wait to see your creations!
Don’t forget… Take part in any of our challenges, the more you play along, the more chances you have to win! Each submission enters you in the drawing for our gift certificate. And you don’t always have to use our stamps in your creations, but we will reward you if you do. Each submission using a
Repeat Impressions stamp will earn you an additional entry in the drawing!

Also, check out our Rock Star blogs to see what they did with the challenge.

Thanks for stopping by!

Love this inspiration challenge - everyone has a different idea. The bg on this card is perfect (looks like chrome) for this classic car.

I thought this challenge was a little harder and was anxious to see all the different ways the DT interpreted the inspiration board.
Love that you made a masculine card and that super cool embossed background!

Gorgeous masculine card! I went all girly with mine, but now I see the color combo was also perfect for masculine!

When I first saw this card in the lineup it was a "wow" moment. I was thinking "trees" for my card, but you inspired me to look beyond the image. This is such a fabulous guy card and I love your take on this inspiration piece.
