Polka Dot stencil used in the back ground is from Altenew. Yellow flower centers are done using Fabirka Decoru, which can be found over at Kat scrappiness - link on right.

Beautiful - but NO NO I am not going to buy a scan and cut (now that doesn't mean I won't ask for it for Christmas). Donna T has one and have played with her a bit. But oh my I would have to make space someplace for it.
