Hello. Playing with the latest sketch challenge over at The Paper Players today.
I used items from Simon Says Stamp A little artsy Card Kit. The sentiment is also from Simon but out of the Artful Pallet kit.
I did add a strip of Tim Holtz black cardstock along the side of the designer paper out of the kit. I like how it defined the paper. The daisy is colored using SSS ink with a blending brush using the stencil that came in the kit. Lastly, I added a few paint splatters.

That large bloom is definitely a statement flower and it's so pretty in the pink. The patterned paper that you chose conveys that kind of mixed media look that the kit was offering. Love it! Thanks for playing along with the Paper Players this week, Laurie!

Wonderful! That paper strip is so interesting in itself, then you've used it as a base for the rest of the card. The bold pink bloom is a great focal point and I think the inky splatter unifies that with the sentiment. Super card! Thank you for joining in with us at The Paper Players.
