Hello! Welcome to
another challenge over at The Flower Challenge blog.
The flowers are stamped and then colored with a stencil. I masked off the sentiment strip with mint tape. The birthday sentiment is from Jaded Blossom and the flower stamp/stencil is from Pink Fresh Studio.

Masking off for the sentiment looks fabulous, Laurie, and you can still see all of the lovely flowers. I had trouble finding your card. Can you please link directly to the post.
