The love sentiment die is from Honey Bee Stamps. Designer paper is from Authentique. The heart dies I have in my stash like, forever, and I believe they are from PTI. The fishtail banner dies are from MFT.

It's TSOT's 12th anniversary on February

Your interpretation of sketch is right on and love the combination of the love die with the heart patterned paper used on the heart cut... pretty card.
