Daisy bouquet stamp is from Rubbernecker stamps. Birthday sentiment is from Technique Tuesday. I did use a very fine multiliner pen from Copic to add some dots around the daisies.
My Favorite Things dot rectangle die used to cut the panel out and I added that to a PTI bright buttercup cardstock to form the base of the card.
Here is the tic-tac-toe grid from The Paper Players. I used the middle row across.

Beautiful card, I need to dabble in CAS, you do it so well!
What a sweet CAS card! Your daisy stem would make a lovely Valentine soon - she loves me, she loves me not! Thanks for playing TicTacToe with us over at The Paper Players this week!
Very pretty card - and love the dots around the flowers.
What a wonderful CAS card! I like that you put the white layer on a colored card base--adds just a little color around the edges but it's just perfect. Thanks for playing along with us at The Paper Players!
Simply stunning, Laurie! Love how the color really pops on the centers of the flowers. Thanks so much for joining us this week over at The Paper Players!
