Just saying

Hello. Playing in The Paper Players sketch challenge today. This also uses "bits and pieces" from my bits box that works for the challenge over at Less is More.

I literally had the frog, the leaf background panel and the leaves cut out in my recycled MFT box that sits on the right side of my stamping desk. I used the sketch to put it all together.

The green leafy background started out with just distress oxide inks, then I stamped the leaf BG stamp onto it with versamark and heat embossed with clear powder. Well.....that covered the whole card, not just the leaves. It was kind of cool to look at an angle, but it really didn't show up. So, I stuck it in my stamp platform and stamped it again with dark green ink and embossed it again. Liked it and it went into my bits box, and now to use on this card. Frog is from Your Next Stamp, colored with Copic's and cut out with my Brother Scan N Cut and then popped up using foam tape. Sentiment is from Lawn Fawn.

Thanks for stopping by!

What a lovely combination of greens on your card Laurie and your animated frog looks full of fun - and you've managed to use up scraps from your box too! Thanks for joining us over at The Paper Players this week!

That's such a good feeling when you find the perfect matching items in your bits box, isn't it? And you've made such a super card with them Laurie. Gotta love that cheeky frog. Thanks so much for joining us at Less is More xx
