Masculine thank you

Hello. I've been so busy doing projects around the house that I've been missing in action with my stamping blog. Sorry about that.  Here is a masculine thank you card that I created following this weeks Freshly Made Sketch.

I just picked up the Diamonds background stamp from Papertrey, Ink and put it to use on the left side panels. I used Versamark, and heat embossed with clear embossing powder. Then I took some Oxide inks to color them up a bit. Thank you sentiment stamp is from Simon Say Stamp.

I used the black Kuretake watercolor pot and loaded up my paint brush to create the splatter in the background. I totally ruined a good tank top doing this, too. Oh well, what we do for art, huh?

Speaking of splatter, Simon Says Stamps challenge this week is splatter, so entering this into the mix.

Thanks for stopping by.

I really thought that was dsp you'd used and not stamped images! Bummer about the splatters on your top, but cute card! Thanks for joining us at Freshly Made Sketches this week!

Love your splatters - and just save your tank top for splattering days. Love this card.
