Ruffled rose

Hello! Here is my take on two challenges today.

I started off with the sketch over at Freshly Made Sketches.

Stamp is from the Greenhouse society by Technique Tuesday. I also get the coordinating dies that goes with it. Stamped it in Versafine, heat embossed and colored with Copics.

Added some Fabrika Decoru white enamel dots, let dry and then highlighted them with a white paint pen to make them really stand out. You can find the enamel dots at Katscrappiness by clicking on the picture in the right side bar.

The Thanks die is from SugarPea designs. I cut three of them out and stacked them out for added dimension. I also used fun foam behind the white layer on the card base and behind the rose.

I'm also adding this into the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday challenge of Fantastic Florals.

Thanks for stopping by!

Oh wow Laurie! Your card and especially those flowers are totally stunning! The deep red of those flowers is so striking and I love them paired with the black sentiment. Thanks for joining us at FMS this week!

Wow! This is gorgeous. The boldly colored flowers and leaves look fantastic with the big sentiment. Thanks for playing along with us at Freshly Made Sketches!
