Rhodie

Hi everyone! Here is my take on this weeks Freshly Made Sketch and I'm pairing it with this weeks SSS April showers/spring flowers.

I saw this stamp from Technique Tuesday and just had to have it! Rhododendron's are the state flower for Washington state and I have several in my yard.  They grow wild here and it's so much fun to seem them in the forest in bloom.

I stamped this in MFT hybrid ink and colored with Copic's, then fussy cut it out. I used a white sharpie paint pen to highlight the flower stamens.

The birthday sentiment is from Avery Elle. Stitched dies from Lil' Inker are used throughout the card to tie it all together.  Pearls from Kaisercraft added on the ends of the sentiment strip for a bit of interest.

All cardstock used is from PTI.

Thanks for stopping by!
