Canvas projects

Hi everyone! I wanted to show you two projects that I've completed using canvas. First up is a simple card.

Stamps are from Simon Says Stamp. The canvas is an Artist Trading Card piece of canvas from Canvas Corp. I used Fresh Ink from Impress Rubber Stamps in Pink lemonade and Limeade to stamp the flower. Versafine black in used to stamp the center of the flower, dragonfly and sentiment.

Designer paper is from DCWV. Green cardstock is from Bazzill and that gorgeous green satin ribbon is from Ribbons and Bows Oh My.

Next up is a different type of canvas, but one that turned out pretty cool!

The canvas is sticky backed and comes from Claudine Hellmuth (Ranger) and is in a set of 5 12x12 sheets. It's kind of a soft ivory color, not as white as it looks in this photo. I took one and trimmed it down to 8 1/2 x 11 and then I created the established sign using Photoshop Elements 9.0, then just ran it through the printer.

The swirls at the bottom were hand stamped using the Fancy Flourishes stamp set from Papertrey, Ink.

I spray painted an old wooden frame black and inserted the canvas and TADA! Love how it came out!

Thanks for stopping by and Happy New Year!
