Poinsettia

Hello. Getting this one in under the wire for the sketch challenge over at TGIF.

Poinsettia background stamp is from The Ton. I stamped it in Versmark, heat embossed it with Ranger White detail embossing powder and then water colored it. Added some dew drops for interest. Burgundy ribbon from my stash and added some scrappers floss behind it to jazz it up.

That's it for today. Thanks for stopping in.

Bats

Hello! I can't believe that Halloween is right around the corner. I haven't even bought my candy or anything else yet! Eek!

Here's some more cool ribbon I got from May Arts to use for another CAS Halloween card.

Sentiment stamp is from Alota Stamps. Used the circle nesties to frame it out. Orange and purple paper is from K&Company.

Added the googlie eyes at the bottom on a whim and loved how it looks! What do you think?

Spiders and cool ribbon

Hi everyone! Here's a card that I created around this really cool ribbon that I found at one of the local craft stores from May Arts and had to have it.

The stamp is from TAC and stamped in Archival jet black ink. I enhanced the black polka dots on her tights by using a black gel pen. Her spider web dress is also highlighted with a stardust pen but it didn't pick up in the photo.

I made the spider using a button, googlie eyes and black scrappers floss and attached him onto that awesome ribbon with a glue dot.

Happy Halloween sentiment is from Alota stamps. Bright neon green cardstock is from K&Company.

Thanks for stopping in and I hope you have time to get crafty!
