Have a Flippin' great birthday!

Hi everyone! It's been unusually warm here in the Pacific Northwest (87 Degrees right now) and I've been living in my flip flops when ever I can. I've got the fans going trying to keep things cool too. With this in mind, I do believe summer is here ahead of schedule. I'm participating in two challenges with this card.

I tried to take the photo so that you could see the wavy sand that I tried to create with my crimper and some kraft cardstock, so sorry for the cattywampus photo.

Flip flop dies are from Papertrey, Ink as is the sentiment.  The blue on the flip flops are cut from an old kleenex box that has an ombre effect going on with it. I just used the parts that were a bright blue to go with the color combo for the Sunday Stamps color challenge.

I'm also linking this up to the CAS-ual Friday's challenge of summer, which also had a color challenge to it. Hopefully, my blue is considered bright enough!

Thanks for stopping by!
