Take Care!

Hello everyone! I'd like to share this card that I just did for the sketch challenge over at SCS. I just purchased this stamp and inked it up just for this challenge! I have a thing for daisies and dragonflies and have collected numerous stamps over the years.

The daisy is colored with a clear glaze gel pen - which gives it a bit of shine. I stamped it again and cut it out and used dimensionals to pop it up on the card. The side border is done with versamark and clear embossing powder. I was going for a crisp, clean and spring card, since the sun has decided to shine the last few days - it put me in the mood for some spring flowers.

Supplies:

  • Stamps - Daisy from Stamps N' More, Sentiment is from TAC, Border is from Sandy Lion
  • Paper - Making Memories and GKD pure luxury card stock
  • Ink - Palette Noir, True black and versamark
  • Spring moss grosgrain ribbon
  • Green Brads

This is beautiful. I wouldn't have thought of leaving the flower white. It's lovely.
