Birthday wishes

Hello. I'm playing in the color challenge over at Just Add Ink today with this card.

The bird stamp is a very old rubber stamp from the former Angel Company.  It's a set that I will never get rid of.  It is colored with Copic markers.  The sentiment is from Technique Tuesday.  I had the embossed gray panel in my stash, and it came in handy with the color challenge below.  The tag die is from Scrapbook.com.

I'm also adding this into the challenges linked below.

Thanks for stopping by.

Heartfelt thanks - TSOT692

Hello and welcome back to another sketch over at TSOT.

The stamps I used on the panels in the background are from Stampin Up!  The sentiment is from Altenew's press plates sentiment series. I recommend checking them out, they are an investment, but well worth the money.

Here is the link to join in on the sketch challenge.

Thanks for stopping by.

ETA: Adding this into the following challenge.

Happy Anniversary - SSC378

Hello and welcome back to another challenge over at Sunday Stamps. We have a photo prompt this time.

The heart die is from Echo Park.  It's all one die and can be used so many different ways. Used up a bit of cardstock scraps on it too! The sentiment is from Honey Bee Stamps.

Thanks for stopping by.

Winter scene

Hello. Playing in the Paper Players "Be a Deer" challenge today.

I ink blended the background using the trio of ink from Simon Says Stamp (morning, twilight, and galaxy).  Then added the black die cuts to create a silhouette scene.  I believe these dies are from Memory Box, however, I've had them in my stash for so long I can't remember.  I also added some snowflakes using embossing paste through a stencil. Lastly, I added a bit of white splatter and shimmer spritz to the card.

Thanks for stopping by.

Happy Birthday TSOT #638

Hello.  Welcome to the newly renamed Try a Sketch on Tuesday challenge. We are using the same acronym and we will be playing the first and third Tuesday of every month. Our sister challenge site is Double Trouble and we are partnering with them on this first challenge of the year.

Double Trouble is recognizing World Introvert Day using the TSOT Sketch #638.  The BACKGROUND of the sketch will be affected by this humorous occasion.  Whether you are introverted or extroverted, the requirement is to create a project to show us your personality through one of the two fun background choices.

Introvert:   calm, soft, pastel
Extrovert:  bold, loud, bright

As you can tell, I'm an Introvert!

The die is from Altenew and I used Simon says stamp pawsitively saturated inks to color the flower and leaves.  The birthday sentiment is from Jaded Blossom. I used a linen 3D embossing folder for the background, but I have no idea where it came from. I wish that companies would mark them with their logo so that they would get credit!

Thank you

Hello - Playing in the Tic-Tac-Toe challenge over at The Paper Players today.

I used the middle row across.

The die is from Gina Marie Designs called cut in cut out daisy. I used yellow cardstock from Papertrey, Ink as a cardbase. Tim Holtz watercolor paper is used to cut out the thank you sentiment. I have NO idea who makes it either - I search high and low in order to find it and had no luck. So if you're seeing this and know who makes it, please let me know in the comments.

Thanks for stopping by.

Textured Poinsettia

Hello. Playing in the #563 Freshly Made Sketch Challenge today.

I used a red/pink background from my stash to cut the poinsettia out. Added some fir branches around it and stuck a circle frame in gold per the sketch.

I purposely left the strings (and added a few more) to the broadcloth panel. I just liked the texture and rustic look of it.

Thanks for stopping by.

Blue water colored flowers

Hello everyone. Playing in The Paper Players sketch challenge today. PP551

Used the new distress prize ribbon on the background strips. The flower stamp is (I believe) from Penny Black and I've had this water colored up and stuck in my stash for a while. Though it went well with the sketch and paired pretty closely with the new distress ink. Pearls are from Moda Scrap, and the thanks die was stacked three times for dimension.

Thanks for stopping in and have a great day.

Sending you birthday wishes

Hello. Playing in The Flower Challenge of Clean and Simple today.

I inlaid the leaf cut outs and the centers of the daisies. Stamped a birthday sentiment and called it good. The border is stacked three times. I'm sorry, I forget who makes this die, I searched all my usual makers and came up empty. If you know, leave a comment. Thanks.

Anyway, love how this turned out. Have a fabulous day.

Just a note
