Hi everyone! Here's another fall card using stamps from Plum Purdy.
Using Memento ink, I stamped the image onto stampers select white cardstock then colored with Copic markers. I added some shadow under the pumpkin but not sure if I like the out come.
The tangerine colored paper in the back ground comes from a free paper pack I got Cornish Heritage Farms before they went out of business. Black polka dot paper is from PTI.
The satin bow started it's life out as white and I used a Copic marker in honey to color it. Love how it came out!
I linked to plum purdy in my sunflower trio post, so if you haven't checked out her stamps, please do. I bought the clear ones and they are great! My only wish is that she would add to her collection and come up with some new ones!

Hi everyone! I hope this finds you all being crafty or looking for inspiration to become so! I stamped the main image a while ago and it sat on my work space just waiting for me to make up my mind how I wanted to use it.
This is what I ended up with! Flower stamp is from Gina K Designs and the sentiment is from Purple Onion.
The flowers are colored on the stamp and then misted with water to create the watercolor effect. I used Memento summer sky blue ink to sponge around them. To create the layer on top of the circle I just used the two closest nestie circles and cut out the thin distance between them.
Border die is Tessatina from Memory Box. I added some self adhesive pearls to the center of the die cut out to match the flower centers. I used Wacky Tac from KandCompany to adhere to border and the circle layer.
Gingham bow is created using the Bow Easy.

Sunflower trio
Hello everyone! Playing around with some fall stamps and this is what materialized.
Stamps are from Plum Purdy and colored with Copic markers. I decided to dust off that notch corner punch and punch all the corners of the yellow and black cardstock. I did some paper piercing to add some interest since I decided not to clutter this one up with ribbon.
What do you think? CAS enough?
Thanks for stopping by!
Supplies:
Black and white cardstock - PTI
Yellow cs - Bazzill
Stamps - Plum Purdy

Anniversary wishes
Hi all! I actually decided to play along in the weekly sketch challenge over at SCS. It's been a long time since I've done so and I like that this weeks sketch could be used in so many different ways.
I decided to go pretty clean and simple, but you can really dress this sketch up! Sorry for the dark picture.
Vintage cream cardstock used throughout, with a little bit of shiny gold thrown in for some layers and definition.
The textile embossing folder was used to emboss the back ground layer - I have to say I think that folder and the Swiss dots are my all time favorite embossing folders. I did pop up that layer using foam tape.
Anniversary wishes sentiment is from Papertrey, Ink. Finally, I unearthed some gold cording to use to tie the bow. Not sure if I like it or not. What do you think?

Halloween
Hey there! I hope this finds everyone doing well! Here's a quick Halloween card for you today.
Designer paper is from the Nightfall collection from Memory Box. I stamped the spider web and spider onto the dp that already had the word Halloween on it. I decided to heat emboss the spider with clear embossing powder so that it would stand out a bit more. Stamps are from Inkadinkado.
The web on the black card base is also heat embossed using Versamark ink and clear embossing powder.
To get the pointy cut on the banners just right I used a square craft punch at an angle. The sketch for this card came from Viva La Verve over at SCS.

Cased fern cut out
Hi everyone! I saw something very similar to this on Pinterest and thought it was wonderful and just had to case it.
I used vintage cream cardstock and the fern die from Poppy stamps to cut it out on a slight angle. Stamped the sentiment in archival jet black ink and backed it onto a green card base.
Extremely quick, clean and simple. What do you think?
Supplies:
Fern die from Poppy stamps
Sentiment from Papertrey, Ink
Vintage cream cardstock from PTI
Green cardstock from Bazzill

Under the weather?
Hi everyone! This card is made to stash a way for Christmas giving to my Dad's girlfriend. She always requests that I make her get well cards for one of her Christmas gifts. So, when this set came out from Papertrey, Ink a while ago, I decided to buy it and get started!
Clouds are cut out of gray and white cardstock using the coordinating dies. I popped a few of them up using foam tape to give it some dimension!
This one is a fast CAS card that I can make for her stash.

Texture
Hello and all the best! Here is a card that came about because of a challenge a while ago about texture. The handmade paper, jute and linen used was my "texture."
The hand made paper is something I picked up in a scrap booking store about 5 years ago and I've been hoarding it ever since. I layered it with brown card stock to bring out the dark twine in the center. Jute is used to tie on the charm and sentiment tag.
I cut the small heart out of linen and colored it with a teal copic marker. Then I white washed it using the picket fence distress marker. The sentiment tag is also cut out of linen and distressed using vintage photo distress ink. That cool safety pin is another thing that I've been saving for a long time too!
Thanks for stopping by!
Supplies:
Linen
Die from PTI for the heart and tag
Jute
Kraft cardstock
Latice border punch from MS crafts
Ivory cardstock
Stamps - PTI
Teal cardstock - Hot Off The Press

Hi everyone! I hope this finds you doing well. My husband and I spent our 26th wedding anniversary down at the beach and had a blast with the dogs.

Supplies:
Kraft, Vintage Cream and Enchanted Evening carstock from PTI
Enchanted Evening grosgrain ribbon from PTI
Pearls from Kasiercraft
Sentiment stamp- PTI
Here are a few pictures of the dogs and I at the beach!

Flippin
Hello! One of my co-workers is having a birthday today! I just got this in the mail today, so it will be a few days late - but worth the wait? I cased myself on this one!
Flip flops are die cut out of Bazzill Swiss dots paper and popped up using foam tape. The little flowers are from another die set (Verve, I think) and I blinged them up with a light green rhinestone for the centers.
Black and white gingham cardstock is backed with a black medium scalloped border. Added the light yellow grosgrain ribbon to hide the seam.
Inside the card says "Have a flippin great birthday!"
Supplies:
Papertrey, Ink - white and black cardstock, inside sentiment, flip flop die, scalloped die
Bazzill - Swiss dot lime green cardstock
Kaisercraft - light green rhinestones
Ribbon and bows oh my - grosgrain ribbon

Birthday wishes
Hi all! I got to play around a bit yesterday and ended up doing a few cards using the Verve sketches over on Split Coast Stampers. Here is the one that I like the best.
The die cut that the sentiment is stamped on is from Verve. They just came out with the two smaller ones and I've got to say that I'm really glad I bought them! Awesome!
The designer paper is from Memory Box. I used the BG93 Copic marker to color the satin ribbon and the piece of linen to pick up the colors in the DP. Love how it turned out. Added the self adhesive pearls along the bottom and in the corners of the larges die to add some interest.
Thanks for stopping by!

Dies - Verve
