Hello. Playing in the Freshly Made Sketch today.
I used quite a few different stamps on this one. Started with the wood plank stamps from WPlus9. I stamped them in provincial gray from Fresh Ink. Concord & 9th beautiful branches used on the center panel. Thanks die and sentiment are from Simon Says Stamp.
I used a medium gray for the base of the card and to cut out the "thanks." I used fun foam to pop up the wood plank panel and I also used a strip of it on the small sentiment panel.
Also adding this into the SSS Wednesday challenge.
Thanks for stopping in, have a great day!

Fish - lots of fish
Hi everyone. It's time for
another challenge over at The House That Stamps Built. This week our challenge
is the ever popular Anything Goes!
Went with a masculine theme for this challenge as I needed to add some masculine cards to my stash.
Fish are stamped ramdomly and heat embossed with clear embossing powder so that I could color them with Copic's. Added the fly in the center and the birthday sentiment across the bottom and called it done.
There's a new challenge every
week over at The House That Stamps Built, and you don't have to use
Repeat Impressions stamps to link up or win. Also, for my blog readers: Enjoy
the 10% discount code to the Repeat Impressions Store posted on the sidebar.
One lucky person will win a $25
Repeat Impressions Gift Certificate on the first Wednesday of every month –
Good luck!
Also, check out our Rock Star blogs to see what they did with the challenge.

A Crazy little thing called love
Hello. Playing in the Freshly Made Sketch #393 today.
Music is a die cut that I've had in my stash for a very long time and decided to put to use on this sketch. Simon Says Stamp sentiment. This card could be stretched into a wedding card, anniversary or even a Valentine card. Now that I have this song stuck in my head, I'll pass it on to you!

Since graduations are now happening - decided to go a head a make a few that I'm sure to need. I used the right hand column on the TTT board. The sentiment and cap/scroll are heat embossed with clear embossing powder so that I could color the cap with Copic markers.

Black and white rose
Hello. Playing in the Double D challenge today. However, my rose is singular.
Rose stamp is from Gray Wolf Graphics. I had several of these images stamped up and coloring them up. When I looked at one not colored, and wow, it looked pretty awesome not colored. So, off and running I went with the black and white theme here. The sentiment is from Raisin Boat, black and white striped paper is from MFT and the dies are from Technique Tuesday.
Thanks for stopping by.

Just because - DCC things with wings
Hi everyone. It's time for
another challenge over at The House That Stamps Built. This week we are welcoming back Patti to the rock star team. She volunteered to start her return off with a bang and her designer choice this week is: Things with wings.
I created the background using distress oxide inks. I applied cracked pistachio and salty ocean onto my glass mat and added water, then ran my cardstock through it a couple of times. I like what came of it - kind of looks like water. To add further dimension, I splattered on some black marker using the TH splatter tool, then decided to add bigger white paint splatters. I did add some sparkle to the dragonfly wings using the spectrum noir sparkle brush marker.
