'Tis the season
Hello and Welcome to another Fusion Card Challenge,
where you can use the sketch or the photo or both. Here is what I did with it.
Sentiment is from Simon Says Stamp. I used a circle die for the snowman head, added two buttons for the eyes, and cut a carrot for his nose. I dusted on some white pigment ink to mimic a chalkboard as a final touch to this card.
Please check out the Design Team’s creations for this challenge,
where there’s a lot of really awesome inspiration!
Sadly, this will be the last Fusion Card Challenge. The number of folks actually playing has dwindled down quite a bit and it just makes sense to end on a high note. Thank to all those who continued to play each month. See you out in blogland and on Instagram.
Thanks for stopping by!

Life is better with sandy feet
Hello and Welcome to another Fusion Card Challenge,
where you can use the sketch or the photo or both. Here is what I did with it.
I turned the sketch sideways on this one. Wood embossing folder used with weathered wood distress ink on the backround. Grit paste used on the kraft cardstock to look like sand. Love how it turned out.
Sentiment is from Hero Arts. I used a die to cut out a medium star from white cardstock and scored it so that I could get it to stand up.
Please check out the Design Team’s creations for this challenge,
once again, they have knocked it out of the park.

Pastel birthday
Hello and Welcome to another Fusion Card Challenge,
where you can use the sketch or the photo or both. Here is what I did with it.
I was inspired by the photo colors and shapes. I used a piece of acetate to cut out a few circles and then used that as a stencil to blend on the pastel inks. Added the happy birthday die (stacked 3x's) to the middle and called it good. The outside border stitched dot die is from Jillian Vance Designs. Reflection dew drops are from Honey Bee.

Love you
Hello
and Welcome to another Fusion Card Challenge, where you can use the sketch or
the photo or both. Here is what I did with it.
I used a stitched heart die cut (Pink & Main) and stamped it in unicorn white ink from Hero Arts with a Tim Holtz plaid background stamp. I heat embossed it with detail white embossing powder to get it to stand out even more. Sentiment is from Papertrey, Ink. Cut out a few small silver hearts to use as embellishments. Top small ones are red heart sequins.

For the happy couple
Hello
and Welcome to another Fusion Card Challenge, where you can use the sketch or
the photo or both. Here is what I did with it.
Rose stamp is from Gray Wolf Graphics. I stamped it in Hero Arts unicorn ink and decided to leave it as is, since I got a really nice impression. So, no chalkboard technique - which led me to just use the sketch part of the challenge board. Sentiment is an old one from PTI.

Happy Halloween
I used the new Villainous Potion inks on this. I paired with with Kitsch Flamingo and shaded lilac. Also added some VP glaze into the nix too. The spider web is done using Unicorn ink from Hero Arts and a stencil. Deckled die is from Gina Marie Designs.

Sending hugs
This is a very old set from Simon Says Stamp. I stamped the flower directly onto the gingham cardstock as an experiment and ended up liking it. The border die is cut out of white cardstock then I took some yellow bakers twine and threaded it through the top eyelets. Gingham designer paper is from A*Muse Studio.
