Knight and princess valentine

Hi everyone. Here is the card I made for my DH for Valentine's Day.

The stamp is from Stamping Bella and I colored them with Copic markers.

I kept this very clean and simple for two reasons. 1) Guys don't like a bunch of stuff on their cards. 2) This cute couple should be show cased just as they are!

I mounted this on a black card base with a simple "love" valentine sentiment from Winnie and Walter.

Hearts

Hello. Playing in the Just Us Girls trend week challenge of "hearts" today.

Hmm...No stamping on this one.

Stitched banner and heart dies are from Simon Says Stamp. The bow and tie behind it are from My Favorite Things. And the Heart embossing folder is from the next level line from We R Memory Keepers.

Hounds tooth designer paper is from Bazzill.

February tic-tac-toe challenge

Ruff Day?

Hello. Since it's busy snowing outside and I'm not going to venture out into it, I got busy stamping.

Dog stamp and sentiment are from Gerda Steiner Designs. I stamped the dog in Versafine, heat embossed with clear embossing powder and then colored with Copic's.

Dog bone die is from Paper Smooches. The brown plaid is supposed to represent a rug that he's laying on.

Leaf vine

Hello. Here is my take on this weeks Freshly Made Sketch.

Playing around with alcohol inks today.

I started out with a piece of Yupo paper and added some green alcohol inks to it. I smeared it around and played a bit then let it dry. Stamped the leaf vine back ground stamp using Archival ink and let it dry.

Then I cut it up and layered it with some black cardstock. Thank you sentiment is from Simon Says Stamp.

Anything but a card challenge

Hi everyone! It's time for another challenge over at The House That Stamps Built. This time it is a designer choice and Rock Star Patti wants to see "anything but a card."

I decided to go with a tag.

I used a soft yellow butter ink from Lawn Fawn to stamp the daisies randomly around the tag.

As you can see I decided to highlight one of them using the outline stamp that is in the same set. Which you can find here.

Fabricka Decoru in night sky used for the center of the flower.

Sentiment is found here. Gingham ribbon and some white and black scrappers floss are tied at the top of the tag. Stitched tag is from My Favorite Things.
