Tic-Tac-Toe challenge

It’s time for another challenge over at The House That Stamps Built. This week we were challenged to follow the following Tic-Tac-Toe board.

I went with the top row across.

Poinsettia stamped in gold embossing powder then colored with Copics. Sentiment is also embossed in gold and layered with some gold mirror cardstock.

I fussy cut the poinsettias on the bottom so they would stand out even more against the green card base. Added some tiny yellow pearls for the centers.

So, what are you waiting for?!

Why not play along with us and start stamping up a card now. We can’t wait to see your creations!
Don’t forget… Take part in one weekly challenge or all of them. The more you play along, the more chances you have to win! Each submission enters you in the drawing for our gift certificate. And you don’t always have to use our stamps in your creations, but we will reward you if you do. Each submission using a
Repeat Impressions stamp will earn you an additional entry in the drawing!

Also, check out our Rock Star blogs to see what they did with the challenge.

Winter wishes

Hello. Continuing with the winter coffee theme.

I paired this with the sketch challenge over at TGIF Challenges and The Code word of Sparkle at Addicted to CAS.

Stamps are from Verve. I colored the cup with Copic's, then cut it out using my Brother Scan N Cut. Added some puffy paint and heat embossed it so that it looks like whipped topping. The little snowflake in the middle of the cup is from PTI.

Cut a snow flake out of glitter paper for the sparkle and then also added some bling into the middle of each of the stamped snowflakes using the stardust gel pen.

Thanks for stopping by.

Big cups

Hello. Playing in the Winter coffee lovers blog hop.

Coffee related stamps are from Technique Tuesday. Plaid background stamp in from Concord & 9th.

Coffee cup is colored with Copic's. Layered two together and popped them up using foam tape.

Flannel plaid shirts are all rage right now and my inspiration for this.

Designers choice challenge - Glitter

Hello!

It’s time for another challenge over at The House That Stamps Built. This week we were challenged by Joy to use some Glitter. Here is what I did with it.

I first stamped the outline of the Christmas ball ornament (3814-K, Ornament Frame)and colored the hanger with a silver marker. Then I used some sticky glue on the snowflake stamp (8905-I, Snowflake Orb) and positioned it into center of the ornament and added some teal glitter. Luckily, I had a piece of ribbon that matched. Tied a bow using the Bow Easy tool and stuck it on with a glue dot.

We just lost one of our design team rock stars. Sniff.  Patti G had to step down for family matters and that left a position open for Ester to join us. Welcome Ester and please leave her some blog love, link below.
