Hydrangea's

Hello - What is this, my third post today? Wow, the mojo was flowing today. LOL =) I'm now playing in the Twofer challenge with the code word of Flowers.

Mondo Hydrangea is from Ellen Hutson. I stamped it in versamark ink and heat embossed it using detail white embossing powder from Ranger. Then I spritzed them both heavily with water and dipped a paint brush into blue watercolor and let it run. Layered both of these onto navy blue cardstock.

Once dried, I added the sentiments and the flower centers using fabrika decoru drops.  Sympathy sentiment is from Honey Bee and the birthday one is from Simon Says Stamp.

This is one of my favorite flower stamps, so I love these, Laurie! And I'm fascinated by the easy way you achieved such gorgeous watercoloring in blues! Two super designs! Thank you so much for playing in TCC #34! Keep safe and well and I hope your mojo juices keep on flowing! Hugs, Darnell

Both of your cards use that EH hydrangea wonderfully. They look soft and wistful. The full blossom is highlighted perfectly on your sympathy card and you've watercolored it beautifully. And I like the way you've got your birthday sentiment 'enclosed' by the flowers, too. Beautifully done. Thank you so much for joining us at The Twofer Challenge. Stay safe. Bev

Both of your cards are beautiful. I love the pretty blue with the white embossing. A great combination.
