Time to celebrate

Hi all. I'm playing in the Freshly Made Sketch challenge today with this card.

The Roman numeral clock die is from The Frantic Stamper. I did cut it twice and doubled it up for dimension.  The sentiment is from My Favorite Things, and the gingham designer paper is from A Muse Studio.  I cannot for the life of me remember where the medium scalloped border die is from.  I plan on using this as a retirement card, but it could be used for many occasions.

Thanks for stopping by.

Magical fibers

Hello.  Playing in the Twofer challenge today.

I picked up this stamp from Craft Warehouse for $1 and put it to good use for this challenge. It says its from Colorplay designed exclusively for SPC. The sentiment and dog are one stamp. So, I used some post it notes to cover up the sentiment to create the card below.

Paw print border die is from Frantic stamper. Birthday sentiment is from Papetrey, Ink.

That is it for today. Thanks for stopping in.

Winter scene

Hello! I made this for the sketch challenge going on over at CAS colors and sketches, you can find the link here.

Instead of using the oval as the focus point I went with the tree. Which is stamped on vellum and then heat embossed with white embossing powder. I just fussy cut it out and popped it using foam tape. Stamp is from Stamps by Judith.

The border die is from Frantic Stampers. I added foam tape onto the back of this so that it stands out a bit from the snow scene. The snow flying around is done using versamark, white embossing powder and an old stamp from The Angel Company.  Sentiment is from PTI.

I'm not sure I'm liking my choice of cardstock for the base. It's a blue gray and if I do this again, I think I'll go with a truer blue.

Thanks for stopping by!
