The tag die is from Brass and Bliss which I used it to cut out a book page. The stencil is from Tim Holtz, it's the mini one #THMS070. I used it with texture paste on the card base and the tag, then also used it to emboss the horizontal panel behind the tag. The ribbon on the tag was colored using the BG7.3 marker from Olo, which matched fairly well. The distress spray ink on the tag is stormy sky.

Laurie, I love that you used a page from a book for your sweet little tag. Between that and the cascading embossing paste florals your card is so organic and pretty!
