Hi everyone! I saw this week's Mojo Monday sketch and I sat around all day thinking about what I could do with it. I've already done hearts (twice) and even thought about butterflies but ended up going with flowers, which are on the bright side again.
I also decided to turn it on it's side and make a landscape card for a change. The sentiment is from Verve.
Designer paper is from the former TAC company and layered in black. I found some light pink in my stash of papers and did a double mat on the main panel.
The right side panel is stamped in pink polka dots to go with the flower and I ended up sponging some around the die cut so that it would stand out better. All the flowers are from Oriental Trading Co. that I've had in my cupboard for eons. Queen&Co pearls used for the centers of the flowers.
Thanks for stopping by!

You always do such a lovely job with the MoJo Monday sketches, Laurie! This is beautiful! Thanks for sharing :-)
Very pretty - love the flowers so bright - need some springtime inspiration here.
just LOVELY!!
Great card, love the addition of the polkadots!
Great card, so bright and cheery, I needed that with all the cold and 10+ inches of snow. I like your take on the sketch.
Gorgeous - this card just pops out of the thumbnails!
Now, see, this is a multi-flowered card that I might even be able to CASE. I love it, Laurie, and think bright flowers are the best kind of flowers, especially if they have polka dots!! Hugs, Darnell
