Hello....The current sketch over at The Paper Players drew my attention today and here is what I did with it.
I started off with a card base of blue denim from Gina K Designs. The dot snowflake die is from Waffle flower Designs. I used a border die on the left-hand side to create a bit more interest.
The sentiment is an old one from Memory Box stamps, and the snowflake die is from Cheery Lynn Designs. I did stack the snowflakes three times to get more dimension, with the top layer being silver glitter paper. The sentiment is also heat embossed using Ranger silver tinsel embossing powder.
Thanks for stopping in.

You had me at the snowflakes....so very pretty, especially against the embossed background! Just a lovely card all round! Thanks for playing with our sketch this week at the Paper Players!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card, cool background with the snowflakes design and a border die, like the silver snowflakes and the blue goes well with this!
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely gorgeous! I love that little lacy edge - just perfect for those delicate, elegant snowflakes. Thank you for sharing with us at The Paper Players.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous winter card, Laurie! You really can't go wrong with the combination of silver and navy blue, so classy and elegant. Your sparkly snowflakes look wonderful. Thanks for playing along with The Paper Players!
