Gnome for the holidays

Hello and Welcome to another Fusion Card Challenge, where you can use the sketch or the photo or both. Here is what I did with it.

The gnome is from Paper Smooches, which sadly, is no longer in business. Colored with Copics. The sentiment is created via my computer.
