Angel Ornament

Hi everyone. It's time for another challenge over at The House That Stamps Built. This week our challenge is the use the following graphic.

I chose to do the middle column across.  The angle is paper pieced using patterend paper.  I used round coasters to create my ornament. I cut the middle out, then heat embossed it several times using silver embossing powder.  Added some clear plastic to the back of it to so that I could create a shaker out of this. I used my Brother Scan N Cut to cut out the angel. White gel pen used to highlight the stripes on her robe. The wings are colored with Copic's then highlighted with a sparkle pen. It's hard to see in the photo, but IRL, it looks cool.

There's a new challenge every week over at  The House That Stamps Built, and you don't have to use Repeat Impressions stamps to link up or win. Also, for my blog readers: Enjoy the 10% discount code to the Repeat Impressions Store posted on the sidebar.

One lucky person will win a $25 Repeat Impressions Gift Certificate on the first Wednesday of every month – Good luck!

Also, check out our Rock Star blogs to see what they did with the challenge.

  1. Love your shaker ornament - and this angel works so well in the round shape. I think I used her last Christmas to make some Christmas cards. Great Job.
