Adventure

It’s time for another challenge over at The House That Stamps Built. This week we were challenged to use the Tic-Tac-Toe board below.

I went with blue, dimension and twine.

I put the compass in my Misti and used navy ink which I stamped a couple of times in order to get a good amount of ink onto the paper.  Cut it out with a circle die and used foam tape to attach it to the navy circle. Did the same with the sentiment. Added the sting (tied a square knot for added interest) onto the base and finished off with a few dew drops. The marbled paper is from Joann's Ms. Sparkle & Co.  The card base is actually a deep navy blue.

So, what are you waiting for?!

Why not play along with us and start stamping up a card now. We can’t wait to see your creations!
Don’t forget… Take part in any of our challenges, the more you play along, the more chances you have to win! Each submission enters you in the drawing for our gift certificate. And you don’t always have to use our stamps in your creations, but we will reward you if you do. Each submission using a Repeat Impressions stamp will earn you an additional entry in the drawing!

Also, check out our Rock Star blogs to see what they did with the challenge.

  5. Beautiful card, Laurie. I love the square knot....I've tried making them and got so frustrated, but what a great element for the theme of your card here.
