Hi everyone. Decided to play around with the MFT card sketch challenge and this is what I came up with.
I kept things super clean and simple to go with the super theme. Ya, sorry for the pun.
Stamps are from My Favorite Things. She is colored with Copic's. The red candy dots are from Doodlebug designs.
Dies are from MFT and PTI and I used Neenah solar white cardstock. I'm so liking using this cardstock to color with Copic's as it doesn't soak in as much.
Blue cardstock is from Hot Off The Press and the red is pure poppy from PTI.
Thanks for stopping by!

Poppies
Hi everyone! Has anyone seen my Mojo - I've lost it somewhere. It took me forever to get this weeks Freshly Made Sketch completed.
OK, my blues don't match and I used the same watercolor palette, which leaves me to believe that I used different water color paper when I initially colored the Poppies. Grr.... Stamp from A*Muse Studio. I stamped the larger flower in the back panel and heat embossed using white embossing powder.
Sentiment is from My Favorite Things.
Colored a white bit of satin ribbon with the Y15 Copic's marker to match the colors of the poppies and popped that on the back of the main panel.
Dies are from My Favorite Things.
That it for today. Thanks for stopping by.

Textured thanks
Hi all! Less is more theme this week is to add some texture. Here is what I did with it.
Used some home made texture paste (baby powder, glue, white paint and water) to add the small distressed squares in the background.
Daisy die is from Simon Says Stamp. I cut several out, layered them and then colored the top one with my Zig water color markers with a paint brush and water.
Thanks die is from Savvy stamps and cut out in black and stuck on using some wacky tack, which is a dry adhesive.
Kept it clean and simple with lots of white. I really liked how this turned out.
Thanks for popping by.

Sending hugs
Hi everyone! Here is my version of the sketch over at Freshly Made Sketches this week.
The crocus stamp is from Technique Tuesday and stamped on water color paper. Yes, this is actually water colored! Gasp! I used the Zig real brush markers and a paint brush to make it happen. I fussy cut it out and popped it up on the card panel for a bit of dimension.
Sentiment is from Altenew and stamped using my Misti.
Stitched rectangle die is from Lil' Inker and I the border one is from Pretty Pink Posh.

Pink dogwood
Hi all. I've got some NBUS to share today and I worked it into the challenge over at Just Us Girls.
The tag die is new and came from My Favorite Things. Love the stitching around it and that it doesn't come with holes that are already punched. You get to be creative or not regarding that on your own. I cut it out of rustic white cardstock from PTI - also used that as the base of the card. The hole is outlined using one of the tag hole embellishment dies that I have.
Dogwood flower die is new from Poppy Stamps. I cut two, layered them for more depth, colored with Copic's and then popped it up on the tag.
Sentiment is from Stamplorations and the pink enamel dots are from Doodlebug.
Lattice embossing folder used on the pink cardstock (which is from SSS) and then I added the stitching around the perimeter using a die from Lil' Inkers.
White satin ribbon colored lightly with the R0000 Copic marker and then tied on with scrappers floss.
This card is so girly but I love it. Thanks for stopping by!

Hugs and smiles
Hi everyone. I've made another card for the raining cats and dogs challenge over at The Paper Players using a stamp I picked up in Barnes and Nobel over the weekend. The publication came from the UK and it also included an embossing folder. It looks to be from Tiddly Inks and was sooo cute I couldn't resist spending $$$ on the magazine.
Colored with Copic's. Pink gingham paper came from DCWV out one of those insta photo fun 4x4 mini cardstock sets. I bought a yellow one and a pink and they've come in handy for using on cards.
Sentiment is from Verve.
Black dots are home made melted down pony beads. I got them to stick on the card by using some matte medium from Ranger.
That's it for today.

Happy Bark Day
Hi everyone! Today's card is fun one for any animal lover out there. Over at The Paper Players the challenge is to use a dog or cat on your card. so, here you go!
I kept this very clean and simple, as I will probably use this as a masculine birthday card.
Stamps are from Paper Smooches. I stamped the cute dog in versafine, heat embossed it with clear embossing powder and the colored it with Copic's.
Cut both panels out using a square and rectangle stitched dies from My Favorite Things. Both are also layered with dark brown cardstock.
Added the black self adhesive pearls to mimic the spots on this back. Thought it was sorta fun.
That's all for now, thanks for stopping by!

Gold on white
Hi everyone! Less is More is celebrating 5 years and the theme this time around is white on white and a bit of metallic accents are acceptable. Here is what I did with it.
Flowers and dies are from Simon Says Stamps. I stamped them in versamark then heat embossed in Hero Arts gold embossing powder.
Sentiment is from Winnie & Walter and also heat embossed in gold.
I had added the leaves that were just cut out of white cardstock but it just didn't look all that good. Finally decided to cover them in versamark and heat emboss them in gold. The stuck them in between the blossoms.
Adding this into the Addicted to CAS code word Bloom challenge too.

with all my love!
Hi everyone! Here is my take on this weeks Freshly Made Sketch which is also paired with this weeks Wednesday Challenge of have a heart over at Simon Says Stamp.
I turned the sketch sideways and made the main panel a bit bigger to accommodate the stamp I used.
Stamp is an oldie but a goody from
Great Impressions. I stamped it in versafine ink, heat embossed using clear and then colored it using Copic's.
Sentiment is from Technique Tuesday and the fishtail banner dies are from My Favorite Things. Kept this very clean and simple for use as a masculine card.
Also adding this into the color challenge over at Repeat impressions, too.
ETA: I'm adding this into The Friday Mashup! as well.
