Monster Birthday

Hello everyone! I paired this card today with two challenges. First it's lucky dip week over at Less is More and the theme is 2 or 4 legs. Also doing a it of paper piecing for Just us Girls.

Monster stamp(s) are from Paper Smooches.

I paper pieced him using some green designer paper from the Old World Stack from DCWV.  To get the grungy messy look behind the monster I used some distress paints and smudged them up with water and my finger.

The happy and birthday sentiment stamps are from The paper studio.

Added a black layer in back for definition and round two of the corners on the main image. This is popped up using foam tape onto a white card base.

Thanks for stopping in!

  3. Cute cute - I have a monster set of stamps but don't use them because I don't color monsters well, but paper pieced - love it.
