Hi everyone. Here is my take on the sketch challenge over at Paper Smooches.
Stamps and dies are all from Paper Smooches.
I stamped the dog in Versafine and then heat embossed him using clear embossing powder. The paw prints are three different sizes in the background panel.
I cut the dog house out of kraft and dark brown cardstock. Stamped the dog bone onto the house and then added the heart.
My fur babies don't use the dog house that we have in our backyard. They are used to their crates and prefer that for some reason.
This card ended up being very CAS and quick to make. Here's the sketch and as you can see I left off the strip on the right side. Ran out of room. Thanks for stopping by.
Aww cute dog and love the paw prints too Laurie.Strange I can't see the card unless I click on the box, looks like a broken link I think. Viv xx
ReplyDeleteWhat a cool card - same goes at our house - no dog house - but the little foster baby has a crate. You nailed this sketch.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely fabulous! You know I'm all about dogs so this is right up my happy land alley!
ReplyDeleteFun card, Laurie! I just got a "doggie" stamp set but I'm not home to play with it, yet!! What a great sketch, love what you've done with it!
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute card! I LOVE your embossed puppy. :)
