Red tulips

Hi everyone! I played around with this weeks sketch over at CAS(E) this sketch #60http://casethissketch.blogspot.com.au/2014/01/casee-this-sketch-60.html and came up with this.

Stamp is from Stamps by Judith and I colored on the stamp with markers and then refreshed the ink by huffing on it. Markers used were Marvy LePlume persimmon and Memento bamboo leaves.

The tomato colored paper in the back is from Lasting Impressions and is embossed with the 5x7 dot embossing folder from Provo Craft.

Ribbon is recycled from a gift package. I had to iron out the wrinkles before using but the color is perfect match!

This is also made for the following challenges this week.
Simon Says Stamp - emboss
CAS-ology - dot

Thanks for stopping by and have a great weekend! Go Seahawks!!!

  2. Oh how pretty - love red tulips - and the dot embossing is perfect behind the focal ribbon. Showing a bit of "green" with the recycled ribbon - great job.
