Here's a quick card I threw together for a friend's birthday. I used some of the pink paper I made using the varnished alcohol technique (see post below for link to the instructions) and paired it with a visually scrumptious looking cupcake for a clean and simple card.

The cupcake was stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored with Copic Markers. All stamps are from The Angel Company.
Using the same pink Copic marker I colored a bit of satin ribbon and placed it behind the sentiment panel. Card base is a chocolate brown to match the chocolate cupcake! I just had to finish off with some pink rhinestone bling from Kaisercraft.
I can just image my teeth hurting from all this sweetness! (grin) Thanks for stopping by and have a cupcake kind of day!
Very nice card!
ReplyDeleteSo yummy looking I want to bite it...
ReplyDeleteVery cute and how ya been?
I got a new post for all too see too!
COOL idea to color the ribbon with the Copic (I do like matchy-matchy). KellyRae
