Greetings! I wanted to show you my latest card that I completed for the SCS card sketch challenge.
The tree border stamp and the sentiment is from Memory Box and is stamped in Memories black dye ink, then heat embossed with clear powder. Next I sponged on Memento Cantaloupe, Versamagic Thatched Straw and Palette Pure Poppy to create the sunset. Distress ink in Faded Jeans is used for the night sky and applied with a foam pad.
The snowflakes are done prior to creating the sky by stamping a dots stamp (stamps by Judith) randomly with versamark and heat embossing with clear powder.
The designer paper in the back ground is from BoBunny and ran through the CB with the new PC snowflake folder! The open corners on top are cut out using the CB in the Bazzill navy card stock I used throughout the card.
Lastly, to give this some real sparkle I spritzed it with Vanilla Shimmer from Smooch. Added some snow using Crystal Art Glitter and put some stardust on the trees.
I really like how this one turned out! What do you think?
This is so pretty!
ReplyDeleteIt's "magnifique", wonderful. I love it. It's a card that I would frame (or not) and put on a wall to effectively calm me down. It's like magic to me.
