The designer paper is from Memory Box called dewfrost. I ran a piece of blue vellum through the cuttlebug snowflake embossing folder for the bottom portion. Bazzill blue cardstock was used for the base of the card and enchanted evening cardstock (PTI) was used for layering the main stamped image.The stamp is from The Angel Company set called Winter Flurries. Copic Ciao Markers are used to color the image and a stardust gel pen used to highlight the wind and snow!
