Card Sketch #46 - Think Spring
Here's card sketch #46 - lots of layers in this one! Card measures 4 1/4 x 5 1/2.
The rectangles were cut and embossed using my nestabilities dies and measure 2 3/8 x 1 7/8. They are all matted using the 1/8 measurement on the perfect layers tool. The flowers are colored with my Tria Alcohol markers and then the centers were highlighted with the stardust pen to give it some sparkles. I added white brads to two of the corners and added the pink one's in the top right hand corner. They don't look as bright in the picture as they do in real life. The two blue panels are popped up using dimensionals as is the center scalloped circles.
I just got this new pad of designer paper from K&Company by Amy Butler called Belle Mat Pad. I fell in love with the color pallet in this and just had to use it. I don't normally use lime green in anything that I do, but with this layout and colors, it just worked.
Supplies:
Paper - K&Company Belle Mat Pad by Amy Butler
White cardstock for the base and center scallop
White and bright pink brads
Stamps - The Angel Company - tag tidbits (sentiment) and Deco Designs
Palette Noir ink
Tria Alcohol markers
I really like that sketch. Now what stamp am I going to use.
