Congratulations

I'm playing in a few challenges today with the following card.

I started with the stencil in the background from The Crafters Workshop.  I used tumbled glass oxide ink and a blending brush to get the stained glass look from the stencil.  Then I cut two skinny strips of black cardstock to frame it out.

The tulip stamp is from Papertrey, Ink and colored with Copic markers.  The congratulations sentiment is from Altenew.
