Color challenge

Hi everyone. It's time for another color challenge over at The House That Stamps Built for Repeat Impressions.

This is a very challenging color combo and here is what I did with it.
I used distress ink in wild honey, peacock feathers and wilted violet sponged on cardstock. Then I cut pieces out using a die from My Favorite Things. I also added some stitching to the celebrate banner on the top.

I added some water spots on the cardstock by squirting some water on it using the distress spray bottle.

For the inside, I stamped a bold "you" and then I can add whatever else I want when I send this out.

I ended up using two different stamp sets from Repeat Impressions to create this. The time to celebrate comes from the Oh Crap set, and the You comes from the cling You set.

So what are you waiting for?!

Why not play along with us and start stamping up a card now. We can’t wait to see your creations!
Don’t forget… Take part in one weekly challenge or all of them. The more you play along, the more chances you have to win! Each submission enters you in the drawing for our gift certificate. And you don’t always have to use our stamps in your creations, but we will reward you if you do. Each submission using a Repeat Impressions stamp will earn you an additional entry in the drawing!

Also, check out our Rock Star blogs to see what they did with the challenge.

Oh wow - neat idea - and love how you tied the outside together with the inside. Great job.
